The 2017 Ford Expedition Wins Best Large SUV for the Money

A large SUV is expected to be capable and powerful. But some large SUV makers expect you to pay more for that powerful performance. Not when it comes to the 2017 Ford Expedition. U.S. News & World Report has declared the Expedition the winner of the Best Large SUV for the Money title.

The Expedition has it exactly where it counts: under the hood. The 3.5-litre EcoBoost Engine produces up to 365 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque. By the way, that's standard. Couple the engine power with the Control Trac 4-Wheel-Drive System, and you have equal parts power and handling.

For those moments you need to lug cargo with you, the rear seats fold down to give you 3,066 litres (108.3 cubic feet) of cargo space. Need more room? The Ford Expedition MAX has 3,703 litres (130.8 cubic feet) of cargo space, thanks to its extended length. Still need more? Fill a trailer, hook it up, and tow up to 4,173 kg (9,200 pounds).

That's just one side of the 2017 Ford Expedition. Experience it for yourself, including its design and technology, when you come into Denham Ford for a test drive. Browse our new Ford inventory today!
