What's New for 2020?
One of the biggest upgrades for the Ford F-150 is the new diesel engine option available on the Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum models. For the tech-savvy driver, Ford Pass Connect is standard on the F-150 XLT but at the expense of the CD player. On the XLT Sport, drivers will find an all-new Appearance Package option that includes 5-inch angular step bars, and updated exterior colors like Abyss Gray, Silver Spruce, and Agate Black.
Performance
The F-150 now offers a wide range of engine options, including a diesel and upgraded turbo V-6 for those who have a need for speed.
The 3.0-liter diesel engine offers up an impressive 440 lb-ft of torque and can be paired with Ford's 10-speed automatic transmission--like most of the other engine options.
But ultimately, the strongest engine option is the powerful twin-turbo V-6 with a towing capacity of up to 13,200 pounds (5987 Kg).
